Acceptance of Terms

By using Forecast.Cash, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

Guidance, Not Financial Advice

Forecast.Cash is an information tool that provides general guidance to help you understand your potential financial future. It is not regulated financial advice. The projections, charts, and figures produced by this tool are estimates based on the information you provide and the assumptions you choose.

The tool does not take into account your complete financial circumstances, personal objectives, or attitude to risk. It should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision.

We strongly recommend that you consult a qualified, regulated financial adviser before making any significant financial decisions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Forecast.Cash is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The projections will be accurate or reflect actual future outcomes.
  • The tax calculations will be correct for your specific circumstances — tax rules are complex, change frequently, and individual circumstances vary.
  • The service will be available at all times without interruption.
  • The tool is free from errors, bugs, or omissions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forecast.Cash and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including but not limited to financial losses, investment decisions, or tax liabilities based on information provided by the tool.

Tax Calculations

The tax calculations in Forecast.Cash use published UK tax rates and thresholds. However:

  • Tax rules change regularly. The rates used may not reflect the most recent changes.
  • Individual tax circumstances can be complex. The tool uses simplified models that may not capture your specific situation.
  • Future tax rates and thresholds are unknown. Projections beyond the current tax year assume current rates continue unless you adjust the assumptions.

Always check your tax position with HMRC or a qualified tax adviser.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the tool.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • If you share a link to your plan, you are responsible for who you share it with.

Shared Plans

When you create a share link, the recipient can view your financial projections in read-only mode. Share links expire after 30 days and can be revoked at any time. We are not responsible for how recipients use the information you share with them.

Intellectual Property

The Forecast.Cash name, branding, and software are the property of its operators. Your plan data remains your own — we claim no ownership over the financial information you enter.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
